Elevated Work Platform & Working at Heights Course overview:
Our nationally accredited course provides participants with the theory and practical skills to operate an Elevating Work Platform (EWP) and working safely at heights. For the full training and assessment of this course it is 2 days, but we can offer a 1 day assessment only option for people who have had prior experience or have let there previous HighRisk licence expire. We have purpose built customised training facilities onsite to train in:
- Current legislation and requirements
- Hazard identifications & risk management
- Conducting routine checks, setting up, operating, shutting down and securing EWP
- Correctly accessing, installing and using fall protection equipment
Upon successful completion of this High Risk course you will receive your Statement of Attainment and Notice of Assessment (interim licence). Your HighRisk card will be sent directly from WorkSafe once your application has been processed. This can take up to 6 weeks.
