Course overview:
Our nationally accredited course provides participants with the theory and practical skills to perform rigging at an advanced level. It is a 5 day course for the full training and assessment of this course. We have purpose built customised training facilities onsite to train in:
- Current legislation and requirements
- Hazard identifications & control measures
- Selection and inspection of equipment
- Preparing site and equipment
- Rigging work associated with: gin poles, shear legs, flying foxes, cable ways, guyed derricks, suspended and fabricated scaffolds
Upon successful completion of this High Risk course you will receive your Statement of Attainment and Notice of Assessment (interim licence). Your HighRisk card will be sent directly from WorkSafe once your application has been processed. This can take up to 6 weeks.
