Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
This qualification is designed for Assessors and Trainers who operate within a structured training and assessment system. The qualification includes the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency based assessment in a range of working environments.
The TAA40104 certificate IV in Training and Assessment consists of fourteen (14) units made up of twelve (12) core units and two (2) elective units. One of the elective units can be selected from any other Certificate IV or Diploma qualification.
