Nara Training & Assessing has grown from the husband and wife team of Joe & Kaye Reither, to a highly motivated professional team of staff, Trainers/Assessors.

Joe Reither

Chief Executive Officer

Joe's dream of establishing a high quality training organisation based in the South West has become a reality, through the development and growth of Nara Training and Assessing.

Director, Joe Reither, has extensive work expertise in a wide range of areas in the construction industry including dogging, rigging, scaffolding and plant, gained over a period of 30 years.

Joe's significant industry knowledge and experience is reflected in the high standard and reputation that Nara Training & Assessing stands for.

Joe manages the strategic direction of the company and is proactive in seeking out opportunities for growth and development

Joe is an excellent communicator; with strong ethical values, including honesty, integrity and accountability. Through his friendly and approachable demeanour, he leads by example, bringing out the best in his team and his students.


Kaye Reither

Corporate Manager

Kaye, together with her husband Joe, established Nara Training & Assessing in 1996, and has been integral in taking the business from a small home operation to the successful training organisation that it is today.

As the Corporate Manager, Kaye manages the administration of Nara Training & Assessing. With the assistance of the Administration Manager, she oversees the smoothing operation of the office and its administrative tasks.

Kaye is committed to the continued growth of Nara Training & Assessing, assisting Joe in the strategic functions of outlining future growth areas and partnership opportunities.

Kaye is an honest and ethical person who takes pride in delivering a personal and friendly service to staff and clients alike.


Greg Baker

Training Consultant

Greg has been working with Nara Training & Assessing from the company's conception. Greg's role as a training consultant involves the training and assessment of participants in a variety of training courses. He also carries out worksite audits and reports on safety issues.

Greg has over 20 years of experience within the occupational health and safety, forestry, construction and transport industry. He held a position as a WorkSafe Inspector for ten years, is an advanced rigger and scaffolder, a registered builder and carpenter, and WorkSafe accredited assessor.

Greg holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, as well as a Diploma of Building.

Greg is held in high regard within the industry and is always available to offer advice and support to students and clients alike, having a friendly and approachable demeanour.


Marie

Marie McAuley

Quality Coordinator

Marie joined the Nara Training & Assessing team in 2003 and has played a significant role in the company's growth over the last few years.

She is highly skilled in quality assurance, managing the Australian Quality Training Framework responsibilities for the organisation.

Marie also delivers training in Business, Frontline Management, and Training and Assessment.

Marie's career history spans over 20 years within the training environment, which included working for TAFE, running her own consultancy business, as well as fulfilling contracts with the Department of Education and Training.

Her extensive industry experience is accompanied by her formal qualifications, holding a Bachelor of Education, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training and Assessment, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and Diploma of Quality Auditing.

Marie lights up the Nara office with her bubbly personality and positive outlook on life. Her industry experience and career success ensures she is an excellent communicator; with strong values of honesty, integrity and versatility.

She's a passionate individual; dedicated to providing consistent and high quality training, assessing and auditing services to all clients and individuals alike.

Adrian Hayden

Administration Manager

Adrian joined the Nara Training & Assessing team in early 2009 to coordinate and support with the ever growing administration needs of the business.

With a wealth of experience in IT, finance management and customer service, combined with a training background, Adrian immediately became a valuable member of the team.

Adrian's easygoing friendly approach to his position has reinforced the reputation that Nara Training & Assessing is a welcoming friendly and professional company to deal with.


Jodie McCagh

Traineeship Coordinator

Jodie has been with Nara Training & Assessing since 2004 in her position as part of the Administration Support team.

Within the Nara office, Jodie provides valuable support to the training consultants, assisting in administration and data entry functions.

Jodie's main responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of traineeship records, documentation and Departmental reporting requirements



Tobi Welsh

Administration Officer

Tobi commenced working for Nara Training & Assessing in administration in March 2008, soon becoming a valued member of the team.

When you call or walk into the offices of Nara Training & Assessing, you are likely to be greeted by the smiling and friendly face of Tobi.

During her time with Nara Training & Assessing Tobi has completed a Certificate III in Business and has developed exceptional administration skills.
